Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is one of the eight wonders of the world, and it’s easy to see why when you arrive along the rim of the canyon.
It’s so much bigger and grander than any photo can really show. Peering over the edge, it can be challenging to just see the floor of the canyon and the Colorado River. And every scenic point is filled with breath-taking views.
But for the best viewing, be sure to get there at sunrise or sunset. Here the canyon’s colors are on full display with bright oranges, yellows and even purples beneath a dark blue sky. This is some of the best this planet has to offer.
