Flagstaff Train Station and a Passing Train

The stillness of the Flagstaff train station is broken as a BNSF manifest train rumbles by. During the heyday of rail travel, this was a stop for many of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe’s Chicago to Los Angeles trains, including the Super Chief and El Capitan.
But tonight it sits empty as both the eastbound and westbound Amtrak Super Chief trains stop in the wee hours of the morning. But it does make for a great place to enjoy a summer evening in peace.
